8:00am and continuous throughout the day.
Weigh in up to an hour prior to your first match time.
Starts at 8:00am and continues throughout the day. Kids division competitors should come as early as possible to weigh in. Teens, Adult Women and Adult Men can show up about an hour prior to the first match to weigh in. Please look at match times and plan appropriately. For a smoother tournament, please be signed up in the correct weight class and be on weight, otherwise you may be disqualified. ALL WEIGH INS ARE WITHOUT THE GI.

IF YOU WEIGH IN ON FRIDAY AND ARE OVERWEIGHT, YOU WILL BE MOVED UP. IF YOU WEIGH IN ON SATURDAY AND ARE OVERWEIGHT, YOU WILL BE DISQUALIFIED!!! WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO ADJUST BRACKETS AS NEEDED IF THERE ARE NO OTHER COMPETITORS IN THE BRACKET OR IF YOU DO NOT MAKE YOUR WEIGHT CLASS!

Combined divisions that cause a division to meet the minimum cash prize tiers do not qualify for the higher cash prize.
Example 1 qualifies for cash prize:
A division that has 4 actual registered white belts at 185lbs qualifies for the $35 cash prize tier.
Example 2 does NOT qualify for the cash prize:
A division that has 3 actual registered white belts at 185lbs and 1 white belt 170lb'er combined due to low registration does not qualify for the $35 cash prize tier.
